I think NMDC would sooner see the company run out of money, fall into administration and then take the whole thing over for almost nothing. This is why the whole deal with NMDC stinks from both Legacy and NMDC's side. What happened to all the acquisitions and the 300million of funds available for this purpose? Why was the NMDC reference removed from Legacy letterhead? What other incentives did management receive when they sold half of the company for 9c per share when trading over 20c?
