good or bad, fair or unfair, very often quite depend on the context
at their current stage in the innovative enterprise life cycle, they need, and shareholders expect, they fly, which matters to their survival and eventually evolve into a mature and profitable company.
this's also one of the reasons i said earlier to another mate in one of the topics that, i worried a bit when the new captain was hired cause normally we (people in such technology start-ups) don't like the idea of hiring a large organisation executive to drive it, cause a minnow survives in a different way from that of a shark, and a shark swims and hunts at the peak or the right if unfortunately of that cycle.

anyway, whatever everyone's opinion is, as shareholders we eventually want the company grow and their share price appreciate, and when at stages they don't, we as small traders (at least I am) need to act accordingly.
