Gross margins sit at around 65%. With the shift to more rental and recurring revenue i expect that it will continue to creep toward 70%. Those are serious numbers.
Costs below that line should stay relatively stable, so my best guess is $8m revenue will be breakeven. Thereafter with gross margins so high, profits should quickly flow down.
SP3 will exceed last year's revenue imo, the question is just by how much.
