Mmm - I think there's a few unsupported narratives floating around. Some with salient insights, however. The presence of delay is not akin to probable failure... it probably increases the probability of it occurring, but there are no definites here.

What we do know is that Base Resources has cash equal to more than 50% of its market capital, it has an operating mine with minimal mine life, it has exploration licenses, it maintains its flagship status in Kenya, it owns the Toliara deposit, and other things I won't do my due diligence to mention

It's fair enough to point out some frustrations with delays, but the broader picture is a pretty one in my opinion.
