Yeah the dividend is strong and is certainly the anchor for the share price. Mineral sands demand is strong, no doubt of the commodity IMO. It really just comes down to this both way bet on Toliara. Hopefully it goes well for you mate. Base seems like one of the better miners in terms of their community engagement so if I was the Madagascan gov I would go with them over another mob just based on their track record.
Anyway, see how it goes. I continue to watch with interest.
