Correction : You can not throw away low grades, to reach high grade, one need to mine including low grades and process them, hence average become important.

Yes Constellation is a great project and will extend mine life around 5 years or longer which is excellent news in Long Term. For miners "Life of Mine" is very very important specially if resources are within close proximity of processing plant.
