Pablo is one of the 2 inventors on that patent.
The patent is not owned by him, or Puna, or AGY.
It was issued/assigned to FMC.

AGY will come to own 90% of Puna Mining SA.
Puna Mining SA is a joint venture between:
AGY
and
Aluralde + Menendez

Pablo Aluralde is the "President and partner" of Puna Mining SA
He is largely responsible for the technical side of the business and is absolutely KEY to Puna Mining SA becoming a successful long-term Li production company.
Why would AGY "buy out" Puna..?
It's a JV because we each bring necessary elements to the business, and together we will grow and succeed!
AGY will own 90%, and the other partners will own 10%.
