I assume that they announce how they will finance Federation in March, but of course it may not all be delivered until later.Page 14 of presentation says final Federation development approvals are expected in the March quarter as well.That seems to imply they could shift the Hera workforce (see above) to restart the Federation exploration decline in the June quarter.They are still 80 vertical metres above the highest Federation stoping level and the ore.Note they also say on page 4 that there is "further metallurgical testwork commissioned to optimise Federation ore through Peak mill."So there are considerable expenses upfront and time before there is any revenue from Federation.
