Less rotten, much less rotten and 100% less BS compared to Dan. Long way to go but December is showing a glimmer of promise. Great to see they have implemented a lean 6 sigma type program, these deliver and are very positive in terms of engaging staff. Hopefully they've pi$$ed the consultants off and back their own people to make the right decisions.
As a legacy to the past I just cannot fathom how they didn't know the contract miners were on the go slow or billing for who knows what... WRT Peak... "Hours worked in the mining department reduced by 47% from June to December2022 which will enable higher productivity and lower labour costs." Have I read this correctly?
Amongst other things I'm still unhappy they are trying to run this from Brisbane, the AISC is still no where near a sustainable level and numbers are bouncing around like a yo yo which is a signal of lack of control although they do attempt to explain this. Its clear they havent had a good view of contractor charges - this to me explains a lot and now there are changes at both MD and CFO level you would expect to see this be reigned in and managed properly.
I hope they appoint Andrew. The report overall seems more transparent and he looks to have a handle on whats what and what needs doing. Given all of that though to the gist of your post there's no real reason to put money into this, I wonder what Brazil farming are seeing?
