you left out that it was part of the terms of the agreement that there was there needed to be an equity contribution from CMM
the first terms of the financing from macquarie came thru in 2018.
It did nothing for the CMM shareprice.
CMM did 2 massive dillutive cap raises following the first terms which ended up lapsing anyways.
For RXL you are implying a full loan with no equity contribution which is FALSE
No RXL will not be funded for 12 months at a $1Mil/month cash burn. look at your Qtrly Cashflow.
