It's a big "ask" to have Michelin operating by 2030 - Labrador has little infrastructure or knowledge of uranium mines. the climate is also very harsh. Cameco discovered McArthur river in the 1950's (new to northern Saskatchewan then) and it took until 1995 for the mine to open and that was when regulation was much easier than now.. Typically takes 10 years for a new uranium mine in Canada (it's the regulation that takes the time)
