I think you're making an unnecessarily negative assumption in this case which you seem to do regularly and I think this is the root cause of GCar et_als' frustration with your posting. The statement of "60 tonnes of battery quality lithium carbonate" is simply an update on tonnage that is battery grade and the precise lithium carbonate content is irrelevant or not material. It wouldn't make sense to mention an increase in tonnage if it was lower specification to previously announced product particularly when the additional tonnage is negligible in the scheme of things. So the question becomes, what is your point for taking the negative assumption particularly when there is no supporting information (your internal powers of deduction don't count)? The answer in my mind is that's its just your personality which has the effect of coming across as overly pessimistic intentionally or not.
