No matter how sanctimonious you get about why you think something is true, you're still starting with a bunch of suppositions, no proof, and then "logicing" from that. It's not how it's done. You started out being "certain" about a nefarious hiding of the grade, while also saying it's still battery grade. It's just a farcical position given the percentages involved and context of the announcement that this was produced during their testing phase.
