They've been promising the 10,000tpa expansion approval for the last 18 months but this is the strongest language they've used. I'm sure management aren't that stupid to say this unless they've got it straight from the Mining Secretary.
Their financial position is better than expected so there's no need for a capital raising in the short term.
If they can resolve/improve their production issues and get the expansion approval, it's going to be a big two months coming up.
