Some days it was too bitter, or wouldn't filter the water properly. Today, I switched to a setting of 20, and found it to be quite smooth with no filtration issue. I'll likely try it again for a few days to replicate the results and see if they're consistent. I've probably run through 'tests' about 50+ times so far, and still haven't tried half the settings.
