Hey mate, as always I could be completely wrong, but reading the quarterly there is no hint of a near term CR on their radar or a halting of exploration work. They re-iterated that they have enough cash to continue their exploration plans. My take is that this will include the planned maiden drilling at Jungar Flats. Pending results from the 10,000m AC program at Lake Yindana, it may also include follow up drilling there.
They should have enough cash to support both of those programs. Also, there is no sense in doing a CR now, when any positive news from the current completed program and near term programs to get underway could see a share price re-rating and then potentially raise money with lower dilution factor.
To my way of thinking, the only thing that may potentially bring on a nearer term CR would be if they identified a new project to acquire and wanted to raise cash as part of the funding for it.
