Yes it could of been some western IP browsed the website and bingo western interest - just like all specs do.
I'm more interested in the project, a buyer will come the demand will continue to grow and inadequate investment is/has been made to cope with it.
I'm more interested in the project scope being ready to maximise leverage for the company not some shareholder who miscalculated sitting on bags or the dude that wants to make a quick cap gain.,
I punt on specs to make big bags.
