Oh dear.
Firstly, we have "only" produced circa 100t of product, and this has been spread over a relatively long period with all sorts of varying operational and cost factors, that most-certainly do not adequately reflect the actual costs of production of a steady-state operation.
Yes, I do think that even if they were to somehow estimate the specific fraction of fixed and attributable costs associated with each "batch" of product so far, this would absolutely be paraded around by those, like yourself, fearmongering about "high costs" and making all sorts of misguided and uninformed claims about what future production costs will likely be.
We all know that the product from the 2ktpa plant has so far been sporadically produced from various testing and commissioning processes; how meaningful would those production costs be, even if they could be pinpointed, really??? Imo they would absolutely be taken out of context, with the haters salivating with all sorts of associated claims and predictions.

Imo you know this would happen too, and you would be leading the charge, as the self-proclaimed "bellwether of AGY's downfall", eager to grasp at anything that can be painted negatively. WOW.

And as far as reporting further details go, yes I do fully expect there to be more information shared in the quarterly activity reports about product sales/revenue/costs etc, when that is appropriate to do so - and imo that is when there is some level of steady-state operation, where the costs can be reasonably well assessed, and actually be more relevant and meaningful to outsiders.

Re revenue from sales:
The Appendix 5B does not include revenue to the JV from product sales because it is not cash flow to AGY.
Pierre seemed to jump on this when he obviously missed the clear points in the quarterly report that confirmed the 20t sale has been completed. He seemingly went searching for the revenue in the App 5B and then had a whine about "lack of transparency", "hiding information", "secrecy", etc etc ....
His apparent concern about investors not being able to readily see the "full picture" of revenue/spending associated with our project, is laughable imo, since the key information is readily available as per specific announcements, the associated quarterly activity reports and the Appendix 5Bs

The company is apparently "hiding" information, being :"secretive" and not "transparent", just because someone has trouble understanding the various reports and reporting requirements..? Yeah nah.


Are you really naive enough to think there is a "clear cost structure" associated with the product that has been produced so far? WOW!


Oh and while we're on the topic, can you point me to where Rio is being so "transparent" by sharing details about their Rincon product (quantities, grades, impurities, cost etc); I don't expect to hear ANYTHING about their costs until actual commercial production and sales are underway. Oh but that's ok, coz they're a "big company" yeah? lol
