I like to weigh up the positives and negatives before I pass judgement on my outlook.
Positives- 1/ They seem to have a continued ability to reduce production costs significantly. 6 percent this quarter is impressive.
2/ They also improved recovery again by 1 percent, which is again impressive.
3/ The capital raise they did will allow sufficient breathing room to allow them to get to the point of merger before they have problems with cash.
4/ The gap between realised sales price and cost of production continues to narrow and at current trajectory appears that they could be break even next quarter, which was also confirmed by management.
5/ Very solid numbers on the production front which should aid cost reduction.
6/ It appears that PLL are helping by increasing the amount of product they are taking, to aid SYA to reduce cost of production.
7/ Market sentiment is that prices may have bottomed and turned a corner.

Negatives- 1/ Still haven't made break even, so still bleeding cash.
2/ Realised price actually decreased this quarter.
3/ No guarentee that prices will improve and could take another leg down.

On the balance of positives and negatives, I am feeling positive wins out.
Might be time to top up before the share price increases too much, so I can average down from my 4.4 cent average.
