jeez I would say 80% don't go to court but so many corporate court cases, not this one, involve insurance companies by way of indemidy insurance or other insurance cover.
Often it is the insurance company that tells a client who is being sued to settle out of court or the insurance company won't pay the legal bills.
BRL's tactic here is to stall......and why not.......as well as they might win on a technicality.
One thing for sure is should BRL have simply rolled over and agreed to pay they would probably still be trading at 2cps or have gone bust altogether.
