I doubt it
Unless they are trying to win some award for having the biggest war chest my feeling is that they believe they can make a greater ROI than us by investing the cash into an acquisition or in its existing iron ore assets (if and only if the ROI is high enough)
Given the FCredits I think a dividend could come as a goodwill gesture lol
