So .... getting a non binding deal not worth an announcement? but worth putting in the quarterly.....? weird. Usually signing a term sheet is regarded as market sensitive and announced. Good news yes but usual AZS slackness with marketing.

And hope you noticed they have no money .... down to $980k and that was a month ago ... Will the JV deal bring quick cash? or is a CR coming with the Cascada results...?
