I think you nail it on the head, good questions. I think these are the key issues in term of PDN's sustainability.
1. C&M on-going costs
2. obligation of any outstanding contract
3. life of permits
4. production shutdown impact to local business (particular employment)
Check whether the creditor share holders selling down their holding or not. If yes, big trouble ahead.
US Uranium probe is not a good thing to companies like PDN. It could mean longer and lower U price outside US. PDN is by no means a low cost producer, and IMO its MC is too big for its current status.
