Yes that is excellent news. PDN now doesn't need to worry about the silly spot price - we have months of time available. Best strategy is for the company to remain as is. No need for takeover at all - any takeover should be rejected as it would be opportunistic based on low spot price, which doesn't reflect anything other than manipulation.
