the lengthy  process of " granting the license " has probably already been factored into the current share price and will come as no surprise to punters .  most of the posters on here have the attention span of a flea and will jump ship at the first sign of news or lack thereof . hopefully they will follow through with an update on the smelter purchasing arrangements and other specific details in relation to this .  without regular project updates market interest will diminish quickly .
