The lease vs private land is also silly. Unless they own the land they have no control. Many projects are on leased land. Have a look at most airports and ports in Australia. Most are on leased land. Mines are the same. Another non-issue which has been blown up by the down rampers.

50% profits from the website? They've revamped the website. They removed alot of information and added some more now that they have project specific details. Do you see anticipated dividend payments on any of the websites for blue chip stocks?

Either way you look at it we have smelters on the way soon. Permits are in. They will find a way to finance it and then they build. If the cornerstone investor pulls out we'll take his $200k for free and secure alternate funding. This project has only one more hurdle to clear - that's finance. It's a big one but once this is locked in I expect a significant re-rate.

As for the communications from the company. They released an announcement on the 3rd. Had a meeting a fortnight later and then the annual meeting another fortnight after that. They've released all quarterlies including annual report on time. I've voted yes on all resolutions and have bought a heap more today at 2.0c. I won't be surprised if it drops a bit further but I see a base forming here. I'm still well in the green so looking forward to the next month.

1.9c has never seen much strength selling into it.
