All the people that voted yes will be the first and loudest to complain when their potential dividends are reduced by 3.46% (amount of stock to be issued).
In addition you are all complaining about the share price, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure, issue more shares equals lower price. (Especially for no capital injection)
And just to clarify, I have never downramped this stock, my beef has always been about the issue of these rights to the directors. (Check my posts)
The directors should be remunerated accordingly but definitely not with a grossly exaggerated issue of rights.
If you voted "yes" and think issuing more shares equals a stronger company perhaps you should do us all a favour and rethink your investment!
