For the record I voted yes because they will only receive the full allotment if they get the smelter commissioned, supplier agreements sorted and offtake agreements sorted.

In otherwords, they basically need the project running and product been sold prior to receiving these shares. If they get it to this stage we will have a $100-$200M company. Once they get to this stage they'll be talking about smelters 3 through 8 and they'll probably issue themselves another 45M shares


I have confidence this will happen over 2017.
