wont happen overnight but its a step in the right direction. should have some news early 2017 is my guess, govts and politics move slowly, esp on mining issues and approvals and especially if any environmentalists protesting.
im confident the license will be granted within 6-12 months, just not confident it will happen this year.
im holding for the big jump once approval granted.
