The locals are protesting against this constantly! It's all over the local papers and some of them jump on twitter stock sites and rip Sh?t into HFR for environmental reasons
They believe it's too close to the towns dam and will have potential seismic effects on it
They are a relatively small group but have been successful in delaying this project thus far
