What does this have to do with cash costs of production?
You are trying to have an argument about the production cost of current inventory by debating how GXY has reported previous sales pricing? Costs of production and received sales pricing are not the same thing.
If I want to know actual cash costs of production I don't want estimates of potential shipping or freight insurance variables in the accounting item.
If GXY reported cash costs of production in CIF terms I would be completely baffled. I'm sorry but I don't see the issue.
