Paying themselves very handsomely through yearly highly dilutive raises.
Really like the project, but management are on the gravy train here. Very low management ownership is a big negative as far as i'm concerned. How about they stump up some of their own money if they really believe in this? I'm sure it way make them far more concerned about flushing away millions in management fees each year. Mike Young $425K a year, plus a couple of 100k in bonus' for what?!!! Absolute joke!
I'll be back in at some point- after the next raise maybe.
