If Bell Potter are fully underwriting it then they may only allow others to grab the 5c shortfall if they hit their 19.99% cap.
I decided to just buy some of the DEGRA at .2 of a cent when they traded to ensure I got a bit of extra allocation, instead of asking bell potter for some 5c shortfall shares
