I continue to watch DEG (after exiting a while back for other folly's').
Am I right in my understanding that the $3m in shares that is to be given to the owner of Indy will occur at the end of August.
With the price being set at a 20 day WAP.... the timing is amazing for the seller of indy.
The average could be around $0.045.... another 66,666,666 shares to be printed.
Financially - DEG plans to spend around $3m this quarter. So.. after all the fees for cap raise, plus paying off Indee. At the end of the quarter the company should be sitting with approx $8m?
The banter on the threads is appreciated both positive and negative views.
Anyway, wish all holders the best, the gold sector is a tough beast at the best of times.
