Use the link they provide to get the Bpay details .
You are guaranteed to get your entitlement and very likely to get any shortfall shares you want too .
In the unlikely event that there is an oversubscription for the shortfall shares you might get a few shares less than you applied for and get a refund for some of the money you paid .

If not all the shortfall shares are taken up by current share holders what is left goes to the underwriters that will place them with their clients or associates .
