Sorry, typing mistake here, it should be 'have not'. Going back two years, MAY offered 4 shares for each MEL share.
I was just going through MAY's announcements. The executive chairman of MAY sold $2.68 million worth of MAY shares for personal reasons (in May 21) for 1.8c per share lol. The money the executive chairman received was more than three times what they received for keep selling MEL shares this week. However, that was for personal tax reasons and for purchasing a house (must be a good house). He was being smart and sold them off market. The market took that reasonably well and MAY share price is now 2.3c
