Sorry my maths was wrong , the number of 3.1 options will be 8.3% of the number of shares on issue after the CR.
They would have to know that the share price is likely to go above 2.5 c after the CR. I think just like last time they will sell and reinvest . They don't seem to have a pressing need for capital right now. However who would know.
Maybe it is just making room for AP to invest again in MEL ?
