I had a lot to do with LAW and a sizable investment a number of years ago that was liquidated at a small loss. Had a second look and was going to make a sizable investment, but on detailed analysis of the loans and convertible notes they had it was just too messy. It's clear the business model is a complete failure and should cease to exist. Once companies arrive at this juncture it's a death spiral.
