These small caps are rife with manipulation.
My bet is the FID gets pushed back "due to market conditions" or yet "another study needed", the SP is consequently hit hard and goes to low 4's again, Windarra gives a little cash flow in the meantime to give oxygen, and 'mates' will be given the box seat to buy in a CR that has been manipulated to lows, while retail investors are the suckers and get diluted again. Rinse and repeat.
These guys are unbelievable. Just play the SP. It's the only way to make money with this one.
