NdPr-oxide pricing is irrelevant when for now the stuff is still in the ground and the project is more about politics and getting away from a Chinese control of RE market. I'm confident HAS will find at least one buyer if not more to sign an offtake agreement irrespective of the price if for no other reason then to stop the Chinese threats of cutting off supplies, to keep prices low and even if like Japan & LYC they continues to buy 70% of the oxide from China at lower prices.
