They're trading shares. Nothing unusual. If you look at all of the buying and selling from MS, MUFG, First Sentia, etc since just before the end of the financial year you'll see it's just a series of purchases and sales. They're making good money off flakey retail investors who have gotten spooked and are selling at a loss.
