Kenyan licences on hold, Madagascar on hold election pending, Tanzania ?
Base have said no action in Madagascar till after election.
Whats left?
Annual report out in a couple of weeks, divvie 0.02 maybe?
Does mgmt have something up their sleeve that may be prompting buying interest or is it buying up for an expected div?
