On the plus side, (1) the stock price has not yet collapsed on delivery of this underwhelming quarterly, and (2) the actual timelines mentioned in the quarterly are not light years away so developments will occur soon enough, and (3) sounds like the Toliara agreement has been tweaked in further preference to the Madagascan government, so we should assume they are at least happy with the terms they have established.
Patience is a virtue.....
