Similar run up before and after every half yearly results report and divi announcement last couple of years. Little doubt the market was clued in about the 6 month Toliara delay, and that last bit of bad news was the bottom. Timing of results in two weeks and market's love of a BSE divi looks like the usual players front-running good profits and another dividend announcement the board would already be all over by now...
