He is genuinely just having a protracted whinge about things outside of his control imo, which only sustains the negativity
It's tiring to read on a regular basis, there would be others in similar positions who don't feel the need to air dirty laundry or encourage others to share in the obvious stress it is causing.

There is a target being drilled atm, people apart from CC obviously think it is worth drilling .
I suggest save the outrage for the results , it may not be needed with luck .
