I think that's Jerko simply reminding "us" that wrt the commissioning process, there is nothing particularly unusual or concerning going on.
Some here recently speculated (with their usual apparently-genuine "concern" ) that there must be some "issues" because they didn't see exponential tonnage output increases each month.
As others have explained, that is nonsense, and not the focus of commissioning.
They are working through the commissioning processes, and it takes as long as it takes.
