You're missing the fact that no news doesn't necessarily equal good news. So many milestones were meant to have been achieved by now, and we've heard nothing. At some point AGY has to be accountable for their stated goals. IMO, the market is just applying a reality check to a company that hasn't progressed as it said it would.
