If the one person to whom you refer was not still there at the company, my feelings are that ICG would no longer exist.

Ev's are as old news as last months newspapers..
You are simply there to sell what prospects you have in stock at the time, and in my opinion, do not have ICG's best interests as your foremost motivation.
EV's were never going to be viable in Oz, and only viable in a few other countries around the world, yet "smart" people everywhere could not see that.
Those who got caught up in the hype will now pay the price for that folly in massive devaluation of their cars.
The problem is that the rest of us are also going to pay a hefty price for the stupidity of our pollies in believing all the rubbish spruiked about electrification.
I have been saying all along that the main problem with EV's is charging difficulties.
Just how does niobium solve that problem?
The grid cannot supply the amount of sparks required, that's it.
