@ThinkinLoudly I don't think so... "the terms remain subject to change and timing is uncertain." That's seems more realistic than the constant "deal soon" over the steep fall in 2023-24 the market was constantly gaslit with, but still is a big project value negative no matter who owns it imo. Thankfully Energy Fuels and a lot of irons in the fire and the timing and games played don;t mean as much to them as it did to BSE... I'm very happy with the deal and price it was doe at.
