He likely will get around to responding to them. He took a long time to respond to my last one, much longer than usual, but he did eventually respond. I'm sure at this time he is receiving an unprecedented number of them, and is no doubt swamped with all sorts of angry people from various departments of various companies and organisations. I don't have a shred of sympathy for him, he is evil incarnate and deserves worse than he'll ever experience, but I wouldn't want to be in his shoes right now.

Interesting - "and almost directly admitted things were about to collapse - funnily enough the people who needed to know it didn't believe me and furiously accused me of lying right up until the announcement," - IMO If true I'm sure this & associated records/postings/correspondence/timings etc would be kept as evidence
